Zelikow: Torture memos legal reasoning ‘deeply unsound’

Former State Department counselor Philip Zelikow told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow that he wrote a memo advising against the OLC memos that allowed torture. Zelikow believes the Bush administration attempted to destroy all copies of his memo to silence dissent.
