The Fox News morning show, Fox & Friends, devoted a segment each hour Tuesday morning to President Obama’s use of the teleprompter. During a speech at the National Academy of Sciences Monday, Obama’s teleprompter got out of sync with his speech causing the President to pause.

“Not a big adlibber, our President of the United States,” said Fox’s Steve Doocy. “The fact that he didn’t really do a good job adlibbing — people say, ‘Well, what’s that about? He almost — does he have to be programmed? Is he programmed?’”
