Gingrich: Obama administration most partisan since McCarthy-era

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich is upset that President Obama released Office of Legal Council memos that justified harsh interrogation tactics like waterboarding. “What we’re seeing now in a very sad way is bitter, partisan attacks on the Bush people, as much as we’ve seen since the McCarthy era. The way they’re putting specific people at risk for prosecution is unprecedented in the modern era,” Gingrich told Fox’s Chris Wallace.
