Dick Cheney: ‘I do no believe it was torture’

Former Vice President Dick Cheney talked to Fox’s Neil Cavuto about why he is speaking out against President Barack Obama’s decision to release Office of Legal Council memos that approved the use of harsh interrogation techniques. “I do not believe it was torture,” Cheney said.
