Stephen Colbert has found a solution to the question of what to do with detainees after the detention center at Guantanamo Bay is closed. Colbert noted that Cheney technically said he would be willing to take 20 detainees. “Gee, great. They’re sending us 20 al Qaeda terrorist,” Cheney was quoted as saying on CBS in May.

“Did you hear that? Dick Cheney just volunteered to take 20 al Qaeda terrorist,” exclaimed Colbert. “We can send them to his ranch.”
