Sessions: Will Sotomayor racial bias infect judicial decisions?

The top Republican Senator on the Judiciary Committee wants to know if Judge Sonia Sotomayor has a racial bias that would taint her decisions if she is confirmed to the Supreme Court.

“It raises questions about, is that her philosophy, and is she going to carry that to the courts and apply it even if the law does not support it?” Sessions told Fox’s Megyn Kelly.
