Obama, Gates and cop may meet at White House for a beer

President Barack Obama told reporters that he regretted that his remarks about the arrest of Henry Louis “Skip” Gates caused a controversy. Obama said he had talked to Sergeant James M. Crowley and thought it was a good idea for the three to meet at the White House for a beer.
