Joe Watkins: Obama too charismatic to talk to children

MSNBC Republican strategist Joe Watkins continues to believe that it’s dangerous for President Barack Obama to address school students. Watkins told MSNBC’s Dr. Nancy Snyderman that parents will have to compete for “the hearts and minds” their kids after seeing the charismatic president.
