Mark Williams of Tea Party Express isn’t backing away from the opinion that President Barack Obama is a racist. Williams wrote on his blog that Obama was “an Indonesian Muslim turned welfare thug” and called him “the Racist and Chief.” Williams told CNN’s Anderson Cooper, “That’s the way he behaving.”

“Do you believe he’s Indonesian? Do you believe he’s a Muslim? Do you really believe he’s a welfare thug?” asked Cooper.

“He certainly acting like it,” answered Williams. “Until he embraces the whole country, what else can I conclude,” he added.
