Cheney says Obama ‘afraid’ to make decision on Afghanistan

Former Vice President Dick Cheney told the Center for Security Policy that President Barack Obama was “afraid” to make a decision to send more troops to Afghanistan Wednesday. Cheney said that the current counterinsurgency strategy had actually been created by the Bush administration.
