Specter: Democrats can break filibuster on public option

Sen. Arlen Specter told MSNBC’s Ed Schultz that Democrats have 60 cloture votes for the public option. We have 60 votes without Sen. [Olympia] Snowe to invoke cloture,” said Specter.
