Lawyer: Murdoch could be witness in NY Post discrimination case

Former New York Post associate editor Sandra Guzman is suing the newspaper, claiming she was fired for her objection to the cartoon depicting President Barack Obama as a chimpanzee and that racism and sexism run rampant in the paper’s offices. Guzman’s attorney Ken Thompson joins Countdown to discuss.
