Fox legal analyst: Anti-ACORN undercover filmmakers broke the law

A Fox News legal analyst believes that a lawsuit against two filmmakers who secretly recorded ACORN employees will succeed. Arthur Aidala told Gretchen Carlson that ACORN employees had a reasonable expectation of privacy when they were filmed by James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles without permission.
