Risen: Ruling suggests entire terror surveillance program was illegal

The National Security Agency, who followed guidelines set forth by the Bush administration’s terrorist surveillance program, was found guilty of illegally eavesdropping on two American lawyers and a Saudi-based Islamic foundation. The New York Times’ James Risen discusses.
