By the way, I really hope Ginsberg and Stevens step down ASAP. Theres really is no guarenty that Obama will get a second term. Also the Senate or house could look really bad for dems after the mid term elections (unless the GOP adopts my suggested slogan). The best chance we have of filling those seats with someone at least vaguely liberal is moving on it sooner rather than later. I love Ginsberg and Stevens to death but they are so freaking old and fragile. Now is the time to switch them out with some liberals who can last as long as Alito and Roberts.
