Couldn’t have stated this better myself. I have starred in that movie, watched how our corrupt justice system works only for those that have an abundence of disposable income. Those of us that are scraping by have to pay especial care to NOT get on the wrong side of the law or face bankruptcy.

The answer is simple. The people in an area just need to gather a group of about 50 people and walk on the beach. The guards can't shoot in front of that many witnesses and the backlash against BP would be unbearable if they did. If I lived there I would be right out there. These people have no business threatening US citizens with rifles because we want to walk on public property.

What does BP think that Talon or Xe are going to do? Do they think that those groups have the ability to negate the law over even the sheriff or the police, this isn't Iraq.
