Actually, you need to take some history lessons. Go back and read the Federalist papers and the Anti-Federalist papers and you will know what you are talking about and the debates that went on back then. They should have listened more to the complaints from the Anti-Federalists because they wanted to free slaves immediately. The Constitution is not perfect and they knew that and that is why they made it amendable. If not for the Anti-Federalists you would not have even had the Bill of Rights added. More than this, Libertarians support a belief in Natural Law which says that every human is inherently free by birth alone and that slavery was ipso facto already a violation of that. It is very sad that the Constitution did not end slavery immediately though so I agree with you on that. The biases were awful but thank goodness we can amend it over time.

They violate the 1st Amendment by placing protesters in cages, banning books like “America Deceived II” and censoring the internet.
They violate the 2nd Amendment by confiscating guns.
They violate the 4th and 5th Amendment by molesting airline passengers.
They violate the entire Constitution by starting undeclared wars for foreign countries.
