In an interview set to air Thursday night, Matt Damon told CNN’s Piers Morgan that President Barack Obama is not acting like the man he supported during the 2008 campaign.

“Are you happy with the way Obama has been running the country?” Morgan asked.

“No,” Damon replied. “I really think he misinterpreted his mandate.”

“A friend of mine said to me the other day, ‘I no longer hope for audacity.’”

This video is from CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight, broadcast March 3, 2011.
