In this week’s “Saturday Night Live” cold open, the sketch comedy show broke down its brackets and picks for “World’s Craziest Person.”

In the North Africa division, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi garnered the top seed. His competition: Hosni Mubarak, Omar al-Bashir, and “The Dude From Tunisia.” In an interview with Gaddafi (impersonated by Fred Armisen), the dictator said, “There is no ‘I’ in Gaddafi…sometime’s there’s a ‘y, sometimes there are like five ‘i’s.”
