Helicopters drop water over nuclear plants to cool damaged Fukushima reactors

On Thursday, radiation levels at the TEPCO nuclear power plant in Fukushima dropped low enough for helicopters to drop water on two damaged reactors in an effort to cool them and prevent a melt-down.
