Immigration has long been a national concern, but the immigrants Joe Capp is concerned about aren’t coming from another continent — they’re coming from space. While some worry about so-called illegal aliens, Capp worries about aliens.

Capp, a 68-year-old Brooklynite, started a 24-hour UFO sighting hotline in February, he told the New York Post.

“How is anybody going to report this stuff if everyone is discouraging them?” he told The Post. “I’m looking at witnesses as a resource rather than someone to slam around.”

Capp said that he’s already gotten at least two dozen calls reporting sightings.
