Mark McKinnon, a former adviser to President George W. Bush, appeared on CNN’s Reliable Sources Sunday morning and had a memorable take on Sen. Jon Kyl’s false claim that “well over” 90 percent of Planned Parenthood’s services were abortion. Kyl’s office later said that that statistic was “not intended to be a factual statement.”

McKinnon, however, called Kyl’s lie “bullshit.” On live TV.

“What he was saying is, if it’s not intended to be a factual statement, then it was intended to be a misleading statement,” McKinnon said. “He’s acknowledging that it was completely bullshit.”
