Survivor catches harrowing perspective on Missouri tornado

Have you ever lived through a major disaster?

In the video below, one fortunate soul takes shelter in a convenience store with a crowd of strangers as a massive tornado passes by — revealing what it is like to be literally surrounded by death but survive the ordeal.

Although there’s not much to the video, audio of other survivors’ reactions as a massive tornado passes by is hair-raising, to say the least.

At least 89 people died from the storm that struck Joplin, Missouri yesterday — a toll that is expected to rise.
