MSNBC host Chris Matthews is bored with the GOP’s 2012 field, he said on Tuesday night’s Hardball. Matthews and his analysts could barely keep a straight face as they mocked the possible Republican nominees, and Matthews jokingly called Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romeny and Jon Huntsman a “threesome of death,” and repeatedly said he was bored with them.

He said he was rooting for Michele Bachmann to get into the race, and predicted that she would. “She’s real,” Matthews said.
