Bryan Safi of Current TV’s infoMania interviewed Fred Karger, the first openly gay Presidential candidate – who happens to be a Republican who support a woman’s right to an abortion and marijuana legalization. He was a senior consultant for Republican Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and Gerald Ford.

Karger described himself as a progressive Republican and said that the Republican Party had “lost its way.”
