Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain said Monday that Mitt Romney could not win the presidential election in 2012 because he has not done a good job of communicating his religion, Mormonism.

“It doesn’t bother me,” Cain said in an interview with the Washington Times. “But I do know it is an issue for a lot of southerners. If you don’t win South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, you can’t win the nomination.”
