A veterinarian saved a Bald Eagle that stopped breathing under anesthesia by giving the bird ‘mouth-to-beak’ CPR. He was apparently hit by a car and found by local residents. The veterinarian clinic in Bend, Oregon said the bird’s fractured wing is healing, along with his dislocated elbow and wrist.
