On her show Tuesday night, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow explained why she thinks Texas Republican Governor Rick Perry will run for president in 2012, noting that former aide to George W. Bush, Douglas Feith, was now advising Perry on foreign policy matters.

Perry also recently suggested that he would not be interested in being Vice President of the United States.
