Olivier Odom and Jennifer Tipton, a recently married lesbian couple from Tennessee, claim Dollywood’s Splash Country amusement park discriminated against them.

When Odom arrived at the front gate, she was asked to take off her shirt, which read, “Marriage is so gay,” and turn it inside out. She was told she was entering a “family park.”

“I was in disbelief. I didn’t think it was the policy of Dollywood to discriminate against the LGBT community,” Odom said.
