Caught on tape: Vermont bridge collapses during flood

This video was captured by a resident of Lower Bartonsville, Vermont, over the weekend, showing the end of a covered bridge as flood water raged below.

Flooding in the state forced the closure of over 250 roads so far, and is expected to get worse in the coming days.
