RAW Photos: Hurricane Irene devastates upstate NY

Despite major cities avoiding significant damage, the impact of Hurricane Irene was still felt very much across the Northeast region of the United States.

Many areas are now experiencing major flooding, such as the upstate New York village of Scotia. Evacuations of some impacted areas continued Monday.
