Senior Haqqani commander arrested in Afghanistan

Afghan and NATO forces have captured a senior leader of Afghanistan’s Haqqani network. The Pakistani-based group was founded by former CIA asset Jalaluddin Haqqani and has close ties with both the Taliban and al Qaeda.
