Tom Morello, best known as the guitarist for Rage Against the Machine, appeared at the “Occupy Los Angeles” protest on Friday to show his support for the movement.

At the demonstration, he performed the songs “This Land is Your Land” and “World Wide Rebel Song.”

“Occupy Wall Street was inspired by the Arab Spring, Occupy LA and others around the country have been inspired by Occupy Wall Street, and now every village, hamlet, every place around the world is watching what we’re doing here today, what we’re doing all around the country, and how we’re going to take this shit back,” Morello said.
