In a tense conversation on Tuesday’s “O’Reilly Factor,” Fox News opinion host Bill O’Reilly squared off with Tavis Smiley and Cornel West, two of the nation’s foremost black intellectuals, and told them to “knock it off with the black business, will ya.”

“We treat everybody the same here,” he insisted. “We treat everybody the same whether it’s black or white.”

O’Reilly went on to claim that the nation’s financial institutions had violated no laws in the lead-up to the financial crash of 2008.

“Not one banker has gone to jail to pay for his crimes,” Smiley retorted.

The video below is from Fox News’s The O’Reilly Factor, broadcast Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011.
