Occupy Wall St. protester arrested despite following police orders

In more alarming arrests from the Occupy Wall Street movement, police arrested an individual at Times Square Saturday night despite the protester appearing to follow police orders.

The video below shows the protester asking the officer if he would be detained for walking in the direction he was pointing to, the officer appears to have told him “No.”

But as the man walked away, the police decided to arrest him.
