Maddow: Oddball speech the end of Perry’s campaign
Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry was unusually expressive and giddy during a speech Friday to an influential conservative group in New Hampshire. He was so out of character that some have even questioned if he was drunk. MSNBC host Rachel Maddow said Monday night that the “devastating” video of his speech, which has gone viral, means he can no longer be considered a serious contender for the White House.
