Protesters in Oakland on Wednesday were planning a range of activities aimed at shutting down the nation’s fifth-largest port.

Actions were expected to kick off at 9 a.m. PT at a rally downtown. At around 7 p.m. PT, demonstrators were expected to march to the Port of Oakland.
