In another sign of aggressive police behavior on an “Occupy” movement gaining attention, UC Davis school police pepper-sprayed and arrested ten demonstrations Friday evening for encamping on the school’s quad area.

Students were protesting the police’s decision to destroy the “Occupy UC Davis” camping area, according to NBC affiliate in Sacramento KCRA.

“Police came and brutalized them and tore their tents down and all that stuff. It was really scary. It felt like there was anarchy everywhere,” said student Hisham Alihbob.
