In probably the most dramatic delivery of a Christmas tree ever, a New Zealand helicopter pilot was uninjured after being involved in a major crash Wednesday afternoon.

According to “News ONE,” pilot Greg Gribble was using the helicopter to set up the Telecom Christmas Tree when the chopper’s main rotor struck a cable, causing it to flip and slam to the ground.

Telecom released a statement confirming the crash happened while the tree was being set up.

“Telecom is extremely glad the pilot and ground crew were not seriously injured, and will assist any investigations into the crash as required,” the statement said.
