Department stores don’t offer free gift-wrapping anymore, recession-era Santas are now revising children’s expectations downward, it’s all a bit too much for Stephen Colbert, who has declared the “Blitzkrieg on Grinchitude.” Because, as he and gun-toting Arizona families know, “Nothing says ‘Christmas’ like an AK-47.”
