The White House’s announcement that it has no plans to veto the National Defense Authorization Act has a great number of people up in arms. In this clip from Saturday’s Up With Chris Hayes, Hayes discusses the specific provisions which make the bill so controversial and why the changes made to the bill so far still strip essential rights and freedoms away from individuals charged with terrorism.
