A trail began Monday for a Cleveland woman who allegedly ran over several people who were waiting for job applications at a local McDonalds.

Video of the incident shows 23-year-old Stacy Matthews putting her car in reverse and striking five people, including a security guard and the owner of the McDonalds. According to Cleveland’s Action News 19, the incident occurred after Matthews was reportedly involved in an altercation with two people waiting in line.

Matthews’ lawyer claims that her actions were prompted by fear for her safety.
