‘Ed Show’ helps find home for Rex, the ‘Republican-hating’ dog

On Thursday, MSNBC’s The Ed Show featured Rex, a stray beagle who bays and howls whenever he hears Republicans speaking. Blogs and media outlets from Mediaite to Glenn Beck’s The Blaze featured stories about the “Republican-Hating” pup, although host Ed Schultz assures us that Rex doesn’t “hate” Republicans, but is merely serving as a good “Liberal watchdog.”

Last night the show presented a follow-up report saying that the shelter where Rex lives has been deluged with calls offering to provide the little guy with a permanent home in time for Christmas. Watch the video, embedded via MSNBC, below.
