Residents of Sheboygan, Wisconsin will decide on Tuesday whether to replace their mayor, Bob Ryan, after a series of public drinking binges, according to the Huffington Post.

In 2009, Ryan was filmed drunkenly bragging about his sister-in-law’s oral sex skills.

Then in 2011, Ryan faced criticism and an investigation after he allegedly went on a three-day bender, sexually harassed a woman and got into a fight. A photograph later emerged of him passed out at a local tavern.

Despite the incidents, Ryan claims his drinking habits did not interfere with his ability to serve as mayor.

But some residents of Sheboygan disagreed and collected nearly 4,500 valid signatures from the city’s 29,000 registered voters, setting off a recall election.

It is the first-ever mayoral recall election in the city’s history.

Ryan faces seven challengers, including an 18-year-old.
