During the 2012 Winter X Games on Sunday night, 27-year-old Heath Frisby became the first person to ever successfully land a snowmobile front flip during competition, which earned him the gold medal.

“I set a goal for myself and I’ve always told myself, ‘I can’t do two things at once, but if I focus on one thing I can do it,’” Frisby told ESPN.

“This has been everything to me, really,” he said just after landing the front flip.

“My whole family, everybody, all my friends have been behind me through all this. I know my grandma is watching — she must have gotten a little chill there. Grandpa, I love you, man. We got it. We got it.”
