Naked cowgirl leads police on chase wearing only boots

An 18-year-old Texas woman was arrested Saturday after she led police on a chase wearing nothing but boots.

Police said they were responding to reports of a suspicious person in Corpus Christi’s Lakes subdivision, when they saw Taylor Burnham in a backyard standing between a fence and her jeep, according to KRIS-TV.

Instead of sticking around to answer questions, the nude woman jumped in her Wrangler, leading police in a pursuit that never exceeded 30 miles per hour. She managed to drive onto the sidewalk before being finally stopping.

A female officer helped Burnham back into her clothes and administered a field sobriety test. She was arrested on charges of misdemeanor drunk driving and felony evading arrest in a vehicle.

Besides allegedly being intoxicated, it’s not clear why the Texas gal was naked in the first place.
