Plane veers off runway at Atlanta airport

A Delta Airlines jet suffered significant damage after rolling off a taxiway at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport early Tuesday morning.

According to the Associated Press, two mechanics were testing the engines of the Boeing 737 aircraft when they experienced a problem with the braking system.

No passengers were onboard the plane and the mechanics were not injured.
