Police: Dealer had 89 bags of weed tied to penis
A man in Philadelphia was charged last weekend with possessing drugs with the intent to distribute after police claimed they discovered 89 individual bags of marijuana tied to his penis.
Ray Woods, 23, was arrested during a traffic stop on Friday night, according to a report this week on Philly.com. Soon, officers noticed an unusual bulge in his groin area, but he allegedly insisted that it was nothing.
In a search later at the police station, police claimed they discovered a large bag tied to the man’s genitals, with 89 smaller bags contained therein.
Recent polling has found that about 50 percent of Americans favor legalizing marijuana and treating it more like alcohol — a regulatory scheme which, among other things, would have prevented Woods from ever even considering his odd attempt at evading a police search.
