Stephen Colbert explored Tuesday evening how likely GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney received a bump in recent polls for the general election: His dinner table pranks.

Colbert took a look at the Romneys’ interview with ABC’s Diane Sawyer, where the former Massachusetts governor mentioned how his family played pranks at dinner that he couldn’t mentioned publicly.

“And without further information, I have to assume that involves Mitt climbing on the table and dropping a deuce in the pasta bowl,” Colbert said.
