A hot dog vender in Albuquerque has been charged with using his cart to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

The vendor allegedly used his hot dog cart to attack a rival vender, running over the man’s legs and feet.

Police are unaware of what caused the confrontation.

If convicted, the hot dog vender could face up to three years in prison.

Other local food venders said they were disturbed by the incident.
